Platinum Service – Premium Full Management

  • Set-up fee of £474 (£395 + VAT) for each tenancy where the tenant is introduced by the Agent. Payable on commencement of tenancy and deducted (where possible) from the rent collected at the commencement of tenancy.
  • Property management fee of 21% (18% + VAT) will be deducted from all rents due for the duration of the agreement.

Gold Service – Full Management

  • Setup fee of £474 (£395 + VAT) for each tenancy where the tenant is introduced by the Agent. Payable on commencement of tenancy and deducted (where possible) from the rent collected at the commencement of tenancy.
  • Property management fee of 18% (15% +VAT) will be deducted from all rents due for the duration of the agreement.

Silver Service – Let and Rent Collection

  • Setup fee of £474 (£395 + VAT) for each tenancy where the tenant is introduced by the Agent. Payable on commencement of tenancy and deducted (where possible) from the rent collected at the commencement of tenancy.
  • Rent collection fee of 14.4% (12% + VAT) will be deducted from all rents due for the duration of the agreement.

Bronze Service – Let Only

  • Letting Fee equivalent to one months’ rent + VAT subject to a minimum charge of £660 (£550 + VAT). Payable on commencement of tenancy and deducted from the rent due at the commencement of tenancy.
